The problem
I worked with two AI agents at once: Claude planned the work and reviewed it, and Codex wrote the code. Every task meant copying prompts and answers from one window to the other. It was slow and messy, and context got lost along the way: the agents forgot decisions, repeated work, and sometimes argued with each other in circles.

The idea
Replace the copy-paste with a shared board. Every task becomes a card. The agents read the cards, talk in each card's chat, and move the cards forward, while I decide what gets built and approve what gets shipped. I kept it to two agents working one card at a time: parallel agents break each other's code.
